StructureE-W and N-S normal faulting before thrusting; N60 degree S faults mineralized; N-S, NW-trending post mineral.\nThe Pioche Hills appear to be a window in a regional thrust of upper Cambrian rocks over lower Cambrian and Tertiary volcanics. Pioche Shale bed dropped by closely spaced parallel normal faults mineralization principally in Combined Metals bed of the Pioche Shale.\nHighland Peak overthrust, steeply dipping fissures: N50-70E mineralized zone
Alterationoxidation; hydrothermal
